3500SQ FT MAYFIELD PHOTOGRAPHY STUDIO
From December 2010 we have a new rental studio space in Newcastle City Centre, Carliol Square just off Pilgrim Street, with over 3500sq feet of studio space, in converted warehouse/loft space. With parking outside and Manors, Monument and Central Metro Stations within a few minutes walk its in an ideal location.

We have a fabulous Photography Studio we hire out to other photographers or film makers. Come and have a look around before you make a booking, we are based just off Pilgrim Street, Newcastle Upon Tyne.
We have 3000sq feet of usable space with plenty of on-street parking, as well as an NCP car park opposite our building. There are stair access at the front and back of the building, as well as a lift, so no lugging equipment up stairs.
We offer a full photographic studio with a large cove being built in Jan 2011. We also have black or grey backgrounds for low key shoots.
We have seating area for guests or clients, a kitchen with tea and coffee facilities and a large changing / model room and a bathroom
We have softboxes, boom arms, flash head lighting. Reflectors, background supports, lighting stands, barndoors, umbrellas and wireless triggers to help you shoot without wires. Ipod docking for your own music, plus a collection of props you can use.
We want you to have the best shoot you can, we will be there to help you with any technical or creative issues you may have. We also offer a print / canvas facility onsite.
£20 an hour, £60 half day (4hrs), £120 full day (8hrs) Hours are bespoke for each client......
Terms of Hire
The booking confirmation form is a contract between Mayfield Studio and the hirer for the stated period of hire only.
Mayfield Studio and the hirer agree that a cancellation of all or any of the above dates the total hire charge is payable if the cancellation is within 48 hours.
Mayfield Studio is not responsible for Health and Safety but does have Public Liability Insurance during the period of studio hire.
The hirer is responsible for all breakage's and /or damage to Mayfield Studio Hire during the period of studio hire.
The hirer is responsible for ensuring that all models under the age of 18 have the correct authority to be at the studio for the purposes of the photography during the period of studio hire.
With prior notice and agreement only, Mayfield Studio allows redecoration, set building etc. Any decoration, changes and/or set building are to be carried out and rectified within the above period of studio hire.
Tea, coffee and biscuits and soft drinks are supplied by Mayfield Studio during the period of studio hire. The studio hire charge does not include catering unless otherwise stated.
This booking confirmation is for the specified dates and operating times only, all deliveries and collection of props and equipment connected to this booking are to be completed within the hire period unless agreed prior to booking. Mayfield Studio is not responsible for the disposal of waste materials connected with this booking, ie packaging materials, surplus props, wallpaper, paint, timber etc.
Terms are ..............Payment online by Paypal or payment on day of hire by prior arrangement. In all cases the hirer will be invoiced and are solely responsible for payment.
